IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM

As a client, you have the right to raise concerns you may have about any aspect of the services you receive from us. You will be given information about our programs, how to file a complaint and our Notice of Privacy when you begin services with us.

Our goal is to provide the best service possible to you. However, we recognize that sometimes problems arise. If you have a concern about our services or how you are treated, we recommend that you bring it up with the staff in the office you work with.

If you are not comfortable bringing the subject of your concern up with the staff you work with or you do not feel your concern is being properly addressed, you can call our Regional Office at (606) 528-7010 and ask to speak with our Ombudsperson. Our Ombudsperson will talk with you, assist in putting your complaint in writing and forward your complaint to the appropriate supervisor or other appropriate personnel in accordance with our client grievance procedures.

We hope you will feel comfortable reaching out to us directly about any problems you may have with our services, however, if not, you may contact any of the entities listed here 

Your complaint with be treated with respect and filing a complaint will not result in denial of services to you.
