Outpatient Counseling and Medication Management
Outpatient services are available at each of our 10 outpatient location sites. They include individual, group, and family counseling as well as psychiatric evaluation/medication management.

Outpatient Services
They include individual, group, and family counseling as well as psychiatric evaluation/medication management. Services are available to all age groups. Individuals may seek services on their own or may be referred by a primary care provider or other party involved with the individual.
Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with afterhours appointments arranged in many locations.
Assessment and Treatment
We now offer same day access for outpatient services, you can come in any day between 9:00am and 2:00pm for an intake. When you come in, the front desk will get you checked in. Once you’re checked in, an intake person will take you back to complete some initial paperwork (releases, admission form, consents). This usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Once the initial paperwork is completed, you will meet with a clinician for assessment and treatment. This usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Here is what you will need to bring with you:

- Social Security Card
- Driver License
- List of Current Medications
- Custody/Guardianship papers (if applicable)
Targeted Case Management
Targeted case management is defined as services that are furnished to assist adults with serious mental illness in gaining access to needed vocational, medical, social, educational, or other community supports and services.
Targeted case management services are provided in each of our outpatient service locations. Individuals may be referred for case management services by their primary therapist, the practitioner managing their medications, or by the psychiatric hospital upon discharge.
Peer Support Services
The Peer Support Specialist provides peer counseling and consultation to individual consumers, families, and team staff, acts a liaison with community resources, carries out rehabilitation and support functions, and assists in treatment, substance abuse services, education, support and consultation to families, and crisis intervention, under the clinical supervision of staff with professional degrees.
Certified Peer Support Specialists are eligible to provide services at any agency service location.
Assertive Community Treatment
Assertive community treatment is a team approach designed to provide comprehensive, community-based psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation, and support to persons with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
ACT services are provided by a team of professionals whose background and training may include social work, rehabilitation, counseling, nursing, and psychiatry. Among the services ACT teams provide are case management, initial and ongoing assessments, psychiatric services, employment and housing assistance, family support and education, substance abuse services, and other services and supports that are critical to an individual’s ability to live successfully in the community. ACT services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Supported Employment
IPS Supported Employment is an evidence-based approach to supported employment for people who have a severe mental illness. IPS supports people in their efforts to achieve steady employment in mainstream competitive jobs, either part-time or full-time. The IPS employment specialists work collaboratively with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in providing these services. Follow-along supports are individualized and continued for as long as the client wants and needs the support.

Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program
Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) is for individuals who require less than twenty-four (24) hours a day care but more than outpatient counseling. Services focus on improving daily living skills, self-monitoring of symptoms and side effects, crisis coping skills and interpersonal skills.
